How do I use the product?
MONTESSORI PRESENTATION OF "THE GEOMETRIC FIGURES"
Preparations:
Place the box with the geometric shapes on a table or rug. Invite your child to sit down with you.
1. Introduction:
Take one of the shapes (for example, the cube) and say: "This is a cube. It has six sides, eight corners, and twelve edges."
Let your child touch the cube and explore it.
Show your child the other shapes one by one, giving them the names and characteristics of each shape.
2. Activities:
Sorting: Let the child sort the shapes in their own way, preferably by shape or properties.
Stacking: Ask your child to stack the shapes as high as they can.
Building: Ask your child to use the shapes to build a structure or piece of art.
3. Conclusion:
After your child has played with the figures, you can try to remember the names of the different figures together.
