We at Pangea use the services of the Post Office.

You are responsible for choosing the right option. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, you must choose to pick up at a pickup location. If you have purchased many items that constitute a large volume, you should choose to pick up at a pickup location. We will invoice a fee if your items are too large for your mailbox and the package must be delivered to a pickup location. Here, we use Posten's rates and invoice the actual cost. Posten's procedures for delivery to a mailbox also apply.

In rare cases, theft occurs from the mailbox. If the accident is a fact, you are responsible for this. Posten's guidelines apply here and we, as a small business, cannot be held responsible for theft from your mailbox. If you want the goods insured, you must therefore select "Package to pickup location"

We try our best to ship packages the same day they are ordered and the next day. During busy periods it may take 1-3 days longer. In November and December you can expect slightly longer processing times.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order before it has been packed and shipped, we want to make this as smooth as possible. If our warehouse partner has not started picking and packing, we will cancel the order in its entirety. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution. The right of withdrawal will of course apply regardless.

Once the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the Post, which delivers your order within the specified time. Pangea cannot provide any delivery guarantee for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods arrive at your location may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method, if the carrier itself causes a delay.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a package number or tracking link to your email address. Use the package number or tracking link to track your delivery.

You as the customer are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any fee that Posten charges for correcting the address will be invoiced to the customer.

Shipping costs for returns or withdrawals are paid and organized by the customer. In the event of a complaint, Pangea is responsible for the return shipping costs once the complaint has been approved and agreed upon. You as the customer are responsible for the packaging and that the product is packaged correctly.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS

13. Returns and cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return costs are covered by you.

Natural patterns and knots in wooden products are never accepted as a complaint. You can of course always exercise your right of withdrawal.

How to make a return:

  • print out and fill out the cancellation form here (remember to mark with your order number and whether you want a return or credit note)
  • Pack the item securely and send it to Østre Aker vei 24 B, 0581 Oslo.
  • We will send a credit note or refund the money to your account when we receive the item.
  • The return must be sent within 14 days and you will cover the return shipping.

Right of withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The buyer must notify the seller of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start of the period. The period includes all calendar days. If the period ends on a Saturday, public holiday or public holiday, the period is extended to the nearest working day.

The cancellation period is considered to have been met if notification is sent before the expiry of the period. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of cancellation has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (cancellation form, email or letter).

The right of withdrawal begins to run when all of the goods from the buyer have been delivered.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to inform that the buyer will cover the return costs. The seller cannot set a fee for the buyer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The buyer may try or test the goods in a reasonable manner to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods, without losing the right of withdrawal. If the testing or testing of the goods goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be liable for any reduced value of the goods.

The seller is obliged to refund the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay. The refund shall take place within fourteen days after we receive the returned product. If the order was paid for by card or Vipps, the refund will be made to the card used. In other cases, the refund will be made to the account number you provide on the return form. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the goods from the buyer, or until the buyer has provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

At Pangea we use Vipps and Klarna. This means that we offer payment with Visa, Mastercard, Vipps and Klarna.

Payment with Vipps

Vipps is Pangea Lek&Läer's partner for card payments. The purchase price is reserved when ordering and is only charged when it is shipped from the warehouse.

Payment with Klarna

Buy first. Pay later - Invoice purchase via Klarna

Choose to pay within 30 days, at the end of the month or in a few months. The payment period starts when the order is shipped. This means that you can take your time to try the item at your leisure before making a decision. Invoicing with a 30-day payment period is free via Klarna. The invoice will be sent to you in a separate email to the email address you provided at checkout on pangealekoglaer.no. TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale apply to all sales through pangealekoglaer.no aimed at consumers and constitute, together with your order confirmed through an order confirmation, the total contractual basis for the purchase.

Consumer purchases are regulated by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act, and the Credit Purchases Act. Please read more about these regulations at www.lovdata.no. Any requirements for written terms of sale are deemed to be met by using e-mail, text message (SMS), or letter.

1. Parties

Seller, identified as Lærelyst AS, known as Pangea lek&lær, registered in the Brønnøysund register with org.nr.: NO 931 908 057, address Grefsenveien 123, 0492 Oslo, telephone: 930 30 227, e-mail: post@pangeamontessori.com, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us".

Buyer refers to the person stated as the buyer in the order, referred to as "you", "your", or "yours".

2. Ordering and agreement process

Your order is considered binding upon registration on our server. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming your order before payment. We are bound by your order as long as it corresponds to our offer. The right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act is maintained, see section 11.

When your order is received, we will confirm the order and send an order confirmation to the email address provided. Please review the order confirmation carefully and check that it matches your order.

Any discrepancies between the order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline.

3. Information in the online store

We strive to provide accurate information about our products, but reserve the right to make corrections, including image/typing/printing errors and incorrect pricing.

We reserve the right to cancel or change parts of your order if a product is out of stock or the price is incorrect. In the event of an out of stock situation, you will be notified, with information about available alternatives. You can accept the new offer with changes or cancel the order.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT. The total cost, including postage, shipping, packaging, and environmental tax, is displayed before payment.

5. Payment

You can choose to pay with Vipps, Visa, Mastercard or Klarna. To shop at Pangea lek&lær you must be over 18 years of age.

6. Delivery and delay

Pangea lek&lær only delivers to addresses in Norway. Delivery takes place as stated on the order confirmation. The risk is transferred to you upon receipt.

In the event of a delay, you will be informed of the reason and expected delivery time. In the event of longer delays, you may withhold payment or cancel the agreement.

7. Unclaimed package

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee to cover shipping and transportation costs. Returned unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of NOK 400,- incl. VAT.

8. Examination of products

Check whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation, whether the products are damaged or faulty/missing within a reasonable time after receipt. This also applies if the goods are sent to another recipient.

9. Complaints

In the event of errors or defects, you may demand correction, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase. Notification of errors may be given verbally, but must be confirmed in writing within a reasonable time. The deadline for complaints is two years after receipt.

10. Warranty

Our guarantees do not affect the complaint period under the Consumer Purchase Act.

11. Personal data

We only process personal data that is necessary to fulfill our obligations. Any processing for other purposes requires your consent.

We do not disclose personal information unless necessary to complete the purchase or required by law.

12. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If settlement negotiations fail, the matter may be brought before the Consumer Council near the buyer's place of residence. Disputes shall be settled under Norwegian law, with jurisdiction in the court nearest the buyer's place of residence.
